5/5 Our host were very nice and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. We sat on the dock in the evening and on one occasion saw dolphins swimming by. Great property and great host!

A great place to stay in Gulf Breeze!
5/5 This was a great place to stay in Gulf Breeze. If you can climb stairs then this is a great apartment above a detached garage. You have your own entrance and even your own driveway to park in. The apartment was clean and even smelled good. :-) It was just as pictured. There is a laundry room in the corner of the garage to use if you need it and there are also kayaks to use if you want them. We didn't use the dock since we had relatives just down the street but it was a lovely area to sit and watch the sunset or to enjoy gazing over the water. We would definitely stay here again. Sandy was great and helpful for any questions we had. It's easiest to reach her by text or phone call as the messages I sent through VRBO did not get to her but maybe that's because the rental is set up through Evolve instead. Glad we found this charming place to stay!
