  House was nice, but they micromanaged everything, too many cameras makes you feel like you been watched, too many rules and asked to clean the house and paying 250 cleaning fee is crazy

  - All house rules and the presence of exterior cameras for safety are clearly listed in the “About this Property” section before booking, and guests acknowledge these terms during the reservation process.
  - Exterior cameras are used only for security purposes and are never placed inside the home.
  - As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that deep cleans, sanitizes, and prepares the home for each new guest.
  - Clear guidelines help protect the home and create a great experience for the majority of guests, as reflected in previous 5-star reviews.
  We’re glad you enjoyed the home itself and are confident future travelers will have excellent stays here.

  I would say this is one of my top rated, the home was more than I expected and the area was quite and low key.

• Perfect vacation spot!

  The pictures do not do this house justice. It is much bigger than it seems. So much room that everyone had their quiet spot. Love the open floor plan that everyone can spend time together. There are 2 dining rooms tables with each having 6 chairs. Make it easier with kids. This was a senior trip for our kids. Close to everything. Right in the middle, of Pensacola Beach and Navarre beach. We loved watching the blue angels practice. We also went to see the turtles in Navarre Beach. There is a really neat gift shop in walking distance. They have something for everyone. This was an awesome vacation that we will remember.
