Wonderful Relaxing Stay
5/5 This is a true Gainesville gem! The property is just gorgeous, and the home is well equipped and so comfortable with all the amenities of home. It is so quiet and peaceful outdoors with beautiful views out of every window. We felt so secure with the entire property being fenced in, complete with a gate at the entrance.
Our host, Ms. B was just amazing and accommodating to our needs. I wish I had the opportunity to meet her in person, as I feel we would have been great friends. My mother and I are in the process of moving cross-country and this was a much-needed respite before hitting the road. I would book it again in a heartbeat should I return in the future.

Dated, Old
Not cleaned at all ... we had to contact the owner and she has a new cleaning service come in
Refrigerator had old food in it (last tenants)
Sheets were dirty
TV in living room was new ... not functional bc it was not setup yet with homeowner
Took sheets off - the beds were disgusting
Toilet seat old ... plus toilets dirty

5/5 The home was very clean and the bed was Comfortable; it make you feel at home... The owner make sure that we made it there safe and didn't have any problems.

2/5 Overall it was clean, clearly old with less than professional looking renovations (example: kitchen cabinets); it did not have the trundle bed that was listed in the description and there were no linens for the sofa bed. The kitchen supples were sparse (e.g. no baking sheet) and several of the knives were rusty. Property manager brought needed linens for our second night; very sweet woman. This house is truly in the country.
