5/5 Plenty of space, great location. The kitchen could use more kitchen tools, bakeware, bowls, etc. The beds could use thicker comforters. All in all, a beautiful home with plenty of space for a large gathering.

3/5 Overall we had a good experience at this property. The location is great; it is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood just down the street from the UF campus. The house is laid out well with ample space -- 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms -- for a larger family or group. House seems updated. The negative was the faint stench of smoke throughout. They had what looked like an air purifier in the living room. My son's allergies were amplified because of the smoke smell. I reached out to the manager who rapidly responded, apologizing and acknowledging that a previous guest had smoked in the property the year prior. He had a cleaning service before our arrival but the underlying faint smell was still there. They should probably change out the curtains and furniture, that would definitely help. I won't be staying there again for this reason. Otherwise, it's a good size in an ideal location.
