A few need to knows
2/5 Check in was fairly easy and the home was clean upon checking in. Upon checking in there was a car parked in the back yard near the kitchen window which was a little concerning and should have been informed of this before arrival. The home had a weird smell. Both bathtubs were high to step into for showers so beware of that. Only 2 rooms in the home had a tv, a bedroom and a sitting/den area. This was a huge disappointment travling with kids. The washer did not work as well. The host did respond promptly when i reached out with my concerns.

- The car near the kitchen window is ours and only on-site when we’re visiting—we understand this was unexpected and will look into adding a note to the listing so guests know what to expect
- We’ll be updating the property description to reflect that there are only two TVs in the home to help future guests plan their stay
- We’re sorry to hear about the odor you noticed. The home was professionally cleaned before check-in, but we’ll continue monitoring this to make sure everything is fresh and guest-ready
- We’ve checked on the washer to make sure it’s working properly moving forward
