  A great and cozy house. There are saloon style doors separating the living room and kitchen which we quickly found pretty annoying. Also there was no salt and pepper which I found weird but that's minor and easily solved. When we arrived there an issue with the water pressure, but after contacting the host it was fixed by the next morning. The master bedroom gets really hot, even with the A/C blasting. could use a ceiling fan in there at least. there are other units and houses nearby so there was noise here and there, but I guess that is not the fault of the host. The traffic on the main strip nearby is horrific so the location isn't the best, but if you can deal with a little traffic the beach is just a short drive and there are many good places to eat nearby. Overall there are a few nitpicks but it's a good location and I enjoyed my stay.

  Other than the main bedroom stayed a little warm the overall stay was great. Not far from the beach and easy to get to. Would recommend to stay at this location

• Not a good experience… the property has many issues, wouldn’t recommend.

  The owner is trying, but this property is just not there yet. We stayed only 3 nights out of the total 8 nights that we booked and had to find somewhere else to stay because we just couldn’t take it any longer. There is an insect issue. We saw cockroaches at the property through out short stay. Every time we used the dryer for laundry and had the AC on, it would trip the breaker. Both the AC and the drier would shut off. Seems like that could be a fire hazard. We had to contact the owner each time to come by and fix the problem, which happened on 3 different occasions in 3 days we stayed there. The water in the shower just doesn’t get warm enough, it’s unpleasantly cool almost cold and the bath tub doesn’t drain properly, it would come up everytime we used the shower. These should be simple enough fixes, and hopefully these issues will be addressed before this property is booked again, so no one else’s vacation starts off terribly like ours did.
