3/5 It was our 5 year coming to Ocean Village but stayed in a different condo. The owner could have been more on top of answering emails prior to trip. People above us moved furniture quite often all hours of the night. Not the best experience

Due to the miscommunication right before check-in, as a gesture of goodwill, I offered a late 6 pm checkout. I was happy you accepted and were able to take advantage of that. I understand how frustrating the noise from upstairs must have been. Had I been made aware, I would have acted quickly to address it. That said, I’ve since spoken directly with the owner and provided them with noise-dampening pads to minimize future disruptions. I’m grateful you brought this to my attention. My goal is always to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests. I hope these steps demonstrate my genuine commitment to creating the best experience possible.
