2/5 Upon arrival we were pleased. The house was in a good location, easy to get to from the airport, and easy self-check in instructions. After a day of travel all everyone wanted was a shower. The water would not get hot. After some time messing with the water, we all just went to bed and figured we would look at it in the morning. In the morning, we got told it, "Took a few minutes" to get warm but never "gets really hot". Throughout our whole stay between the 9 of us we had a total of 2 hot showers in 4 days. The temp in the house was another issue. Due to the size of the house there was two thermostats, one on each floor. We set the temp in the house at 70. At one point the upstairs was 74 and the main floor was 60. I understand some differences in the floors but, 14 degrees is insane. The people sleeping upstairs were absolutely sweating and the main floor was freezing. The pots and pans were in terrible shape; the kitchen utensils were dirty and breaking. Yet were told not to put the pans in the dishwasher, and we would be charged 15 if we wanted the cleaners to do it. Inside the silverware drawer and cabinets was food crumbs and spilled food by the "clean" dishes. Over 8 pieces of silverware and utensils had crusted food on them in the drawer. The tea kettle on the stove we noticed some crusted food on the outside, upon opening it there was water and a seashell in it. The dishwasher leaked at least 1/2 gallon every time we used it. The pool heat did not work.

5/5 The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 4 adults and 4 kids for our family trip and it didn’t feel like everyone was on top of each other. The lanai was great and the pool was clean. Lots of floats and toys for the kids! It was in a good location and easy to get to Ft Myers beach and around town. Would definitely recommend!!
