Poor communication
2/5 It’s too bad because the property could be really nice. And the location was great for what we needed. However I had communication problems from the start. I asked multiple times for an early check-in to no avail. On the day of out again and was informed that we could check in at 1:30. When we got to the house it had not been cleaned yet so we had to leave the house and find something to do for three hours. Then when we returned, we found out that the pocket door in the master bathroom was broken and off track along with other minor things that I reached out to the host about and nothing was ever resolved. Also, it claims that there is a community pool but they never give you the code to that so it’s useless. Also, the pool was freezing, and when I asked if there was a way to turn up the heat again, never got a reply. Very disappointed!

Fort Myers
4/5 Great proximity to Red Sox spring training and Fort Myers beach, just a short drive. Beds were very comfortable and the house was perfect for our needs. The light and fan switches were confusing and a little annoying when we were coming in at night in the dark. That's my only complaint!

Fort Myers stay
5/5 Overall experience very good. Home is as advertised with great proximity to all amenities as well as 15 minutes from airport. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Home is outfitted with everything you need for 1 week stay and is very clean.

Great place
5/5 My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful home. Location worked great for our other adventures. The pool was a nice treat for our kids. The spacious backyard was also wonderful. Check in information was given in a timely manner and was easy to follow. Overall great place and would stay here again.
