PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
- A non-refundable $400 Membership Transfer Fee and $27.69 Car Transponder Fee (one combined check for $427.69 is acceptable) are required to be paid directly to the club at least 10 days in advance of your stay. Please mail your check, payable to “Legends Golf & Country Club” to:

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Upon arrival, enter through the south entry gate.  Then, please go to the administration office to process your registration, get armbands, etc.  The gate guard will ask for your information and ID 
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will reach out to you in advance of your stay to provide the entry code
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out by 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please leave the keys you were given on the kitchen counter
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
