Everything was just right!
5/5 My daughter and I stayed here for three nights while visiting the FGCU campus. It was perfect. The townhouse is so beautifully decorated and includes every modern convenience you could ask for. It felt luxurious, but comfortable. We also felt completely safe there.
The location was good in that there was a nearby grocery store, Bucketts restaurant/sports bar within walking distance (watched the Kentucky Derby there!), Starbucks right there, etc. It served us well.
Jennie was responsive and welcoming. I definitely recommend this property!

5/5 Our family stayed in this VRBO house and it was just as expected. Beds slept great and showers/bathrooms were very clean with great accommodations as needed. Kitchen had all supplies available as needed. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing!
5/5 All the comforts of home and more. Beautiful, clean place with very comfortable bed and fantastic, private patio. Area is quiet. Community feels safe. Washer, dryer, any cookware you could need. Owner has thought of everything and is extremely kind and communicative.
I could go on and on about how great this place is. I would rent it again in heartbeat.
