5/5 The only thing I would change would be the smoking rules. We got a balcony so that we could smoke, and since we could not smoke on the balcony, we had to walk a country mile to the smoking area, which was in the sun, not covered… what happens if it rains?My suggestion would be a gazebo??

Beautiful week in Ft.Meyers Beach
5/5 Our vacation week at our Condo was absolutely perfect, the weather was excellent on top of our perfect condo on the 7th floor with amazing views of the Gulf and nightly sunsets. We can't wait to go back !

Great place to stay!
4/5 Enjoyed our stay very much. Condo was clean and well maintained. View was great as advertised will definitely stay again in 2026 if available. No real issue's there are 3 remotes for different services some use instructions would be great. The ice maker on the refrigerator is not functional and kitchen could use a few more dish towels.We found the grounds at Estero Beach Club to be very well maintained, pool was great with adequate chairs for all.
