  DO NOT RENT PROPERTY it shouldn’t be listed to rent. Termites and appliances not up to living in. Pool not maintained he lives next door and is not aware of his property. Shower broken, door was broken. The refrigerator is not connected to a water line. I would not recommend. From the arrival the pool wasn’t cleaned. The house had dead ants and roaches and consistently was a problem.

  - We had two plumbers inspect the shower during your stay, and while the issue was narrowed down to a faulty valve, we respected your preference not to resolve it while you were there.
  - Regarding the refrigerator, this was the first time anyone mentioned the lack of a connected water line. We offered to install it, but you declined the offer.
  - The pool was serviced weekly, though we acknowledge it was greener than usual during your visit. We’ve since brought in a new pool service to ensure the pool meets our high standards.
  - After you reported bugs, we promptly arranged for pest control. There was a termite issue we were previously unaware of, which has now been fully resolved.
  We value our guests' feedback and strive to ensure a great experience for everyone.

• Gorgeous Safe Haven

  I loved this place so much that if it had a little more room and a garage I would have asked to be a rental tenant!

  The photos of the outside do not do it justice-- the backyard is big and well maintained with tons of plants, trees, flowers and wildlife. The pool is clean and beautiful.

  The house itself is tastefully decorated, well maintained and clean. The cameras, floodlights and fencing provide great security.

  What's best is that the property manager lives next door and is professional, respectful, helpful and very responsive. Anything I needed or asked about was swiftly attended to.

  Id give this place 6 stars if I could and will be recommending it as a rare and beautiful slice of paradise 10 minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale.

  Checking in was very smooth and easy with great communication from the host. It was a self check in process with codes for all the locks. I ended up staying for 3 months with extension being an easy quick process. Everything in the unit seemed to be brand new and there was a pool cleaner that came twice a week so the pool was always clean and enjoyable on hot days. We were also offered a cleaning lady at no extra cost. The unit came with basic necessities like garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Felt really private and homey in a quiet neighborhood. With a king bed and rain fall shower made the time spent here very comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area.
