Great apartment!
5/5 Very clean, roomy apartment in a wonderful location, just one block from the ocean. Super comfortable bed; bright, airy, well-appointed kitchen. The building is quiet, with a nice pool and a large back deck on which to enjoy the sunsets over the Intracoastal. The deck is also a welcome alternative on those very windy days at the ocean. Rick, the host, is very responsive, accommodating, and attentive. We highly recommend his apartment.
Outstanding Location
5/5 We absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect for walking to the beach and beachside restaurants. The unit is remodeled wonderfully and is impeccably clean. The bathroom amenities and basic kitchen and bathroom items met our needs so well we did not even need a trip to Publix for our 5-night stay. The real bonus to this property is the location on the intercoastal! Sitting quietly on the provided chairs down at the dock and watching the sunset was a perfect setting. What a treat! The owner/host quickly responded to our few questions and provided all the necessary information to make our stay effortless. I will stay here again soon!

5/5 The condo is simply in the best position.
Close enough to walk to the beach and all the attractions along the beach front, but, far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.
You wont get better than the deck view at sunset, just stunning.
Day on the beach, sunset on the deck - Just the perfect combination.
The condo itself is fully equipped and beautifully renovated, just adds to the perfect location!!
Wonderful stay
5/5 We stayed here for the boat show. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the dock in the evening enjoying the beautiful Florida weather and watching the boats.

Very nice
5/5 I stayed six nights and it was very comfortable and incredibly quiet especially during spring break. Neighbors were friendly, pool and outdoor areas clean and maintained. Nice to relax on the river dock with an umbrella and watch the yachts go by. Easy walk to beach and restaurants and a short drive to the grocer and mall. The only downside was a small parking area.
