Quiet yet convenient. Super host!
5/5 Quiet location yet only short walk to the beach and restaurants. I really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the deck on the intracoastal waterway in the evening. Great water pressure in the shower! Clear directions and expectations were provided by the host in advance.There was an issue with the TVs but I didn’t mind because I wasn’t there to watch tv. I only mention that to give credit to the host’s communication and responsiveness to a potential problem. They took the time to FaceTime with me and attempt to troubleshoot.

Great apartment!
5/5 Very clean, roomy apartment in a wonderful location, just one block from the ocean. Super comfortable bed; bright, airy, well-appointed kitchen. The building is quiet, with a nice pool and a large back deck on which to enjoy the sunsets over the Intracoastal. The deck is also a welcome alternative on those very windy days at the ocean. Rick, the host, is very responsive, accommodating, and attentive. We highly recommend his apartment.
Outstanding Location
5/5 We absolutely loved this condo! The location is perfect for walking to the beach and beachside restaurants. The unit is remodeled wonderfully and is impeccably clean. The bathroom amenities and basic kitchen and bathroom items met our needs so well we did not even need a trip to Publix for our 5-night stay. The real bonus to this property is the location on the intercoastal! Sitting quietly on the provided chairs down at the dock and watching the sunset was a perfect setting. What a treat! The owner/host quickly responded to our few questions and provided all the necessary information to make our stay effortless. I will stay here again soon!
