• Looks nice but really dirty

  The location is great, walking distance to the beach. But beware the condo itself is really dirty. All the vents had a thick layer of black dust or mold. My family, including two young children, were sneezing, coughing, had headaches and sore throats when we were in the condo. Surprisingly when we left the condo for the day we felt much better. The beach chairs, toys, and equipment are all rusty and broken. The rugs in the condo were filthy. You could tell just by walking on them they felt grimy. The place needs a good deep clean.

  -We deep- clean the condo twice a year, including having all upholstery and carpets professionally cleaned. We will take a closer look at the vents as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the property. Additionally, while we have two air purifiers in the condo to help keep the air fresh, we are only two blocks from the ocean, which creates a naturally humid environment that is typical of coastal locations.
  
  -Regarding the beach equipment, we acknowledge that it needs updating and apologizes for the inconvenience this caused during your stay.

  Very nice condo. The unit met our needs nicely. The property is in a convenient location. Close to the beach as well as restaurants.

  Knives need sharpening is the only complaint I have. Otherwise everything is fine.

• Lovely retreat in quiet wooded setting

  This condo retreat is snuggled in to a natural wooded setting. Parking was directly in front of the unit and proximity to beach and restaurants was great. The decor is beachy and relaxing and we would definitely come back!

• Fun and Relaxation on Amelia Island Florida

  This beautiful and comfy condo is located back in a quiet complex, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a community pool for the complex, tennis courts, and a pond for fishing. Would highly recommend and hope to rent it again on our next trip!
