Great condo with everything we needed

5/5 The property was immaculate and communication with the owner was incredibly prompt. Unfortunately we happen to arrive during a cold front. Soon after our arrival we discovered the heater did not work. I notified the owner at approximately 10p and by 9a I received a text that repair people were on the way! We went about our day and, came home to heat! I was extremely impressed with the communication by the owner and prompt fix!The house is literally a block from the beach and a quick drive to town. Highly highly recommend - don't miss the sunrise! It's an early wake up but, well worth it (even in the cold weather we had while in Fernandina Beach).Thank you for the wonderful stay.
