5/5 This is a very nice house in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and 1st Avenue provides a very nice shaded walk. The bedrooms are very spacious; the mattress in the master bedroom was excellent. The bathrooms are simple and just the right size. The first floor sitting area is modest but very comfortable. The kitchen is very large, great for family cooking and eating in the dining nook. The host is super responsive and helpful - this was a great experience!

5/5 The hosts live locally and are extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is not on the beach but is just across the street in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and were greeted warmly by neighbors walking their dogs. A public golf course is just a couple blocks away.

4/5 Enjoyed our stay here. Location was amazing. Property could’ve been a little more upkept on the outside, however the inside was clean, spacious, and updated.
The front door handle was broken and needs to be replaced.
Overall great stay. Would reccomend to a friend
