5/5 The condo was great although we didn't watch a lot of TV there was no local stations for weather. I could never get the door code to work, the manager gave us a key from the lock box which was very nice of her or i would not have been able to enter the condo.

Steps from the beach
4/5 Loved how easy it was to access the beach, and have the pool to dip in when the beach was too rough. Everyone we met on the property were very friendly and pleasant! Had a great stay. Room could have been cleaned better.

great location
4/5 The location of Sand Dollar Villas is great and it is a short walk to the beach. The balcony is a bonus for watching the waves and sunrise. The pool was clean and enjoyable. The condo would be better with an updated sofa and chair. They were not very comfortable. The curtain panels are thin and make viewing the TV difficult during the daytime. The soap was watered down too much in the bathroom and there were limited towels/wash clothes. The condo was clean and with those few updates it would be perfect.

Sisters get away
5/5 Condo is located in a very convenient area to see the sights of Fernandina Beach. Also a wonderful area of the beach & a great view of the beach. The condo has been kept up very nicely. Smaller than some condos we have rented in the past but still a very good size for 4 adults.
