5/5 Absolutely loved the house. It was clean and fixed up really nice. The swimming pool was amazing. The sitting area around pool was comfortable. Jeffery was quick to respond when needed and very nice. We went on a boat charter that was a lot of fun. I highly recommend them. It’s called Triple Trouble the captain is so good and nice big boat. Look up charter boat fishing englewood florida it’s under another day in life you can see the fish we caught and how much fun we had. I only had a couple complaints. The Neibor to the left with chain link fence everytime I brought my mini dashchund outside there dog would bark the whole time and scare him. It also barked early morning while we was still sleeping. Other was the lawn was overgrown the whole time we was there. Other than that it’s an amazing property. I would recommend it to anyone. I’m still giving a high rating because it’s worth it. The house is in a good location close to Walmart, Publix, several other stores. Close to beach too.

Solo R&R Trip
5/5 This rental was a great little house for a some rest & relaxation! I've had a lot of experience with rentals, and it is sometimes difficult to find a 2BR house with a pool in FL. They are usually 3/4BR and are much more expensive. So I was very happy to find this little gem. Things I really enjoyed: the pool and lanai area (great couch & chairs and loungers!) the location (close to Englewood Beach and Farlow's on the Water ;) ) the living area & giant TV, the very reasonable price, and great communication with Annie the property manager. The only negative was the bed in the primary BR was too hard; I woke up with a backache each morning. But all in all, this really was the perfect rental for a couple or small family.
