Great boat dock and location to bay

We liked it so much we hope to come back next year!
5/5 This property was absolutely perfect for our family! My kids and nephew loved the kayaks and going fishing. The pool was fully screened in which was a wonderful surprise! The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of bath and pool towels for our family. The kitchen was well stocked! There were lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and even beach toys and a shark tooth sifter. We brought all our own, but hopefully next year we can come back and not have to pack all of our own. The owner reached out the first night about a small issue and he seemed very nice! The neighborhood was very quiet and in the eveming, we would go sit on the dock and listen to the night sounds. Very peaceful! We hope to stay here again next year for maybe even a longer stay.

Great Pool-Boat Dock home rental
5/5 The pool and screen rooms are newer than photos and very nice. The bedroom are a king, two twins and queen murphy bed. (not two queens). Our daughter loved the apartment with the queen murphy. We would definitely rent again. Time from the home to the channel by boat is about 23-25 minutes in no wake zones, trimming up is a must.
