4/5 Nice property. Further from Rainbow river by tube, canoe or kyak than thought. Outside of property could use some work. Especially the dock. Some areas of the dock are dangerous. Overall nice property. Property manager responsive.

5/5 We were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need and beyond. Charming mix of modern and traditional furniture. My only concern is the deck closest to the water. One member of our group has been in construction and was surprised to see plywood used for the decking. It did not feel stable at all.

5/5 The house looked exactly like the photos! It fits 8 people comfortably. We enjoyed spending our evenings on the screened porch overlooking the river. The best bonus of this place was that the host provides kayaks and paddles for your group to use! We didn’t even need to go to the state park because we were able to launch from the house and kayak to the springs. Would definitely stay here again!
