Relaxing retreat
5/5 Very nice accommodations! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very nicely updated. The location and view was excellent. The highlight for us was sitting on the screened in porch enjoying morning coffee watching the alligators and otters in the river below.

Great property
5/5 Our family with 2 teenage boys had a great week. The house is charming, plenty of room with ample furniture and amenities, clean and well maintained. There are lots of places to enjoy the view of the river including the master bedroom, the family room (which includes a desk in the windowed corner for those of us who have to keep up with work), sun room, porch swing, picnic table, chairs around the fire pit. Kayaks/lifejackets available for use on the river. Lots of things available that aren't necessarily standard in rentals including kitchen spices/aluminum foil/etc, first aid kit, sunblock. Our goal was just to get away and spend time together playing board games, reading, watching movies, and this property met our needs perfectly!
Kayaking trip with friends
5/5 We had nine adults staying for a week of kayaking at the nearby springs. Plenty of space for meals and game time at night. Living areas very adequate for this size group and home well equipped and very clean. Location very convenient to everything we needed and in walking distance to art gallery, garden and antique shops and restaurants. Great home!
