Gem near Rainbow River

Good-ish
3/5 We arrived to a clean environment. There were not trash bags-but were phone protectors for water. The shower head was broken in the first bathroom, the Local Contact (LC) arrived the next morning to replace, it worked afterward. The floors are nice but slippery, and extremely slippery if drying off in the bathroom next to the pool. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Laundry was very convenient. We were charged for 6 days to pay for the pool to be heated, it was cold. We went three days and then asked if something was wrong, we were told we didn’t pay. Then the LC apologized and said they were not told we paid, the next morning it was heated. From that point on there were great days and “okay” days of warmth; not sure I’d pay for it in the future. When the pool guy comes if you’re there on a Friday, “pool area” according to the description means right outside the door of the living room; we were not ready to have a man walk in unannounced, (did not come to the front door), and check the pool when our kids were in the pool. The best feature was cleanliness. There are two pool cameras and they are directed towards the pool, and apparently also record sound.

Quiet and Relaxing
5/5 We loved the stay here. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house was very clean and felt cozy. We arrived just after a hurricane and there was a room without power but the manager was quick to respond and fix the problem. The pool was a great addition and out kids (2 & 4) loved it. We also learned that our kids love bunk beds and are now asking for them. The area is nice and quiet as well as the beautiful spring water. Would love to come back and experience more.

Great place to stay!
5/5 Great house. I was thrilled that every sink had hand soap!!! I always go buy soap when we rent a house, but didn’t have to this time. Great beds, tvs, washer & dryer, coffee maker, and the couch was super comfy. Plenty of towels!! Had plenty of water bottles for us to take to the springs also. The pool is perfect & had plenty of floats. We spent SO much time in the pool. The inside was clean, outside could’ve been a little cleaner (front entrance & the back door), but not a deal breaker. The patio table & chairs by the pool could definitely be replaced. But everything else was great! We’ll be back next summer!!!
