Cute home, great location
5/5 The house had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. The cove with the floating dock was a great spot to launch a kayak. The driveway is a lot shorter then what it looks like in pics - standard driveway that can hold two cars side by side but wanted to point that out as we also had a trailer but managed to fit all. Us boat owners like driveway space.. Was able to get early check in which was an added bonus - Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Rainbow River Birthday Retreat
5/5 Rainbow river is ultimately my favorite place to come and relax. Ive been returning every year for my birthday and happen to find this beautiful home that was clean, updated, and very comfortable with access to the river.
I recommend this property for anyone that loves to do multiple activities. We were able to ride out bikes right to thr Blue Run trail that is parallel to the river and connects to the Withalacootchhie trail. We road to Inverness and back. There is a Trek Store right off the trail in Inverness if you need anything and also a lot of cute cafe’s and restaurants in town.
We also were able to run in the neighborhood, long enough there to do 5miles. It has a couple of hills but beautiful section at the end where we saw Deer.
We were able to launch out paddle boards from the back yard, you can go either way but we chose to paddle up river to have the enjoyment of the float back.
The home has everything you need to cook meals, beds are very comfortable and highly recommend the property. We will be back :)

Great house
5/5 Very clean property. Great access to river for Kayaks/paddle boards. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. They have thought of everything you might need... thanks for a great place to stay for 8 adults and a couple kids

Great location, great house
5/5 Very nice and clean house. The kitchen was very well-appointed with everything you could need. The water pressure is inconsistent and new bed pillow would be nice. We really enjoyed the kayaks and the experience would have been even better if the vegetation near the floating dock was trimmed back enough to more easily launch the kayaks. But, the locations was great and the house was very pretty and spacious.
