Christmas getaway
4/5 We decided to take a break from frigid Vermont Christmas' and book a warm getaway to Florida. For a wildlife and photography enthusiast this location was amazing! Right off the back lawn overlooking a setback on the Rainbow River, teaming with wildlife! We rented a pontoon boat and parked it at the dock of the house for a lunchtime barbecue, we had a blast! Great biking/walking path just on the other side of the river, 2 minute drive to the trailhead. We saw gators! A couple quirks with the house, like getting warm water in one of the showers and bathrooms and some questionable linens, but otherwise suited our needs and expectations very well.

5/5 It was amazing. The children loved kayaking and paddle boarding. My son and his wife enjoyed kayaking to Swampies for lunch every day. I loved watching the wildlife.
The backyard was large enough to hang a hammock and play corn hole when we weren't fishing on the dock. We look forward to renting this property again.

4/5 Nice property and great location. We did have issues getting in on arrival. We were not sent the code for the entrance door , so we had to call to get it. The correct code was not given to us , so we had to call again. The dock was under water and not usable. That should have been communicated ahead of our stay.
