5/5 Beautiful and relaxing stay. The home is large and lovely and well laid out with beautiful water views from the moment you open the front door. It’s set off in a small cove and we enjoyed quiet morning moments on the dock and how conveniently located it was to the Springs, restaurants, shopping and the river.

5/5 Benjamin has managed to create a beautiful home that felt like we were on a pampered vacation yet also comfortable like we were at home. It lacked nothing. The beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores were all just a short drive from the house.

Beautiful rental, handicap friendly
5/5 I chose this property because it looked handicapped friendly from the post. Let me add more details that aren’t mentioned. The second shower not shown is a walk in shower with a bench it has one 6” step to enter. One 4” step at front door threshold. The lanai has the biggest steps one 6” at door threshold and one larger 8-10” step down to main lanai. No step to lanai if you use outside access around the left of house to screen door and the dock is handicap accessible but narrow. House was amazing with lots of room to manuvuer walkers etc.

Peaceful
5/5 We really needed a place to rest and enjoy our family members and the surrounding area. This was the perfect place for that. The house was very big so everyone could spread out and do different things or all be together at the table or around the tv watching football. It had everything we needed.
