The view!
4/5 Gorgeous view from inside condo and on unit balcony with super easy access to clean beach and pool. Noise was loud from road in bunk bed bedroom mostly weekend nights, and in master bedroom/living room from pool until closing time at 10pm; so bring noise machine if you need quiet earlier than that. Kitchen was perfectly equipped for eating meals in and many restaurants a short drive for eating out. Owner was super responsive when I had questions. Overall a great place to stay!
