- NOTE: This single-story property requires 5 steps up to the front door
- NOTE: There is a 2-vehicle limit
- NOTE: In season, there is Beach Service in the lower level of the Pavilion where you can rent chairs and an umbrella. There are 5 swimming pools on the property. There is also a 9 Hole Chip and put golf course

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 PM
- There is a security gate to get through when you arrive. The Security Team has been contacted at the Security Gate House and told to expect you
- They will point you to the unit and the best parking lot. They will also provide you with a parking pass and the beach and pavilion parking gate code
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. To open the door, the touchpad will illuminate when you first touch it. After it lights up, please enter the code 19801 and then press the checkmark in the lower right corner. You will hear the deadbolt retract
- To lock the door anytime you leave the unit, please make sure the door is pulled to you, then LONG press (2-3 sec) the checkmark button. You will hear the Deadbolt extend
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-out before 10:00 AM
- Return the keys to the lockbox
- Before your departure, please tidy up the unit by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please accumulate the towels in the bathroom and leave the sheets on the bed
- Please load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving the property
- The property has an Amazon Smart Thermostat. Please adjust the AC thermostat to 78 degrees in the summer and 65 degrees in the winter when leaving the unit. If confusing, don’t worry with it
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please do not rearrange any of the cables connected to the TV, Cable Box, or Wireless router! This can result in a damage claim against your deposit or damage protection policy
- The air mattress is to be used in the condo only and should not be carried outside
- Laundry facilities are located in the Pool House right across the parking lot
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Important TV Information: Cox Cable is the HDMI1 input on the Vizio TV. If you are not seeing Cable TV, press the Input Button (top left) on the Vizio Remote Control. Less recommended, there is a Power/Input button located on the back of the TV in the lower left (facing the front of the TV). If you hold it in for 5 seconds it will power down the TV. If you rapid click, it will toggle the Input until HDMI1 is selected
- Please use the black Cox Cable remote to change the TV Channels
- If you plan to stream, please bring your own Firestick and connect to HDMI 2
- To play a DVD, power on the unit, open the tray on the Sony DVD player by pressing the open/close button, which is on the top of the player and right of center. On the Vizio TV, locate the Input button (bottom) on the left side of the TV. Press the input button until AV is displayed on the screen
- In season, there is Beach Service in the lower level of the Pavilion where you can rent chairs and an umbrella. There are 5 swimming pools on property. There is also a 9 Hole Chip and Put golf course. Clubs and balls are in the closet along with children’s beach toys
- This single-story property requires 5 steps up to the front door

PARKING:
- There is a 2 vehicle limit
- The worker at the security gate will direct you to the best parking lot
- Your parking pass needs to be displayed at all times; you will receive the pass when you go through the gate
- Please notify the Guest Contact if you will be bringing more than 1 vehicle

When we arrived we had to go buy cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable to stay! It was filthy!!

Property is charming. The location is very close to the beach!! Beautiful area for morning walks.

Just about everything was as advertised... will stay there again.
