Nice place
4/5 It was a wonderful time at Daytona. We wish the pools or any amenities were open but they were shut down due to previous storms. A lot of construction and it was loud most of the day. Room was spacious and host was very hospitable.

2/5 Decent stay
3/5 The room itself was fine and listing was accurate. You can tell the area itself around the condo has seen its prime. The overall stay was fine. The bad rating of the cleanliness is not for the condo itself yet the property. My biggest complaint is although I understand that the pool is shut down due to the hurricane, having to look down at trash everyday I don’t understand. Clean up the trash so I don’t have to look at it is not a hard ask. Also not being able to sit on the balcony because of the constant smell of “smoke” was annoying.

4/5 Room was great . The building still ongoing with repairs which is a bummer but we cant help what nature does. Overall good stay

Lack of communication
4/5 Overall was a good experience. First arrived and there was nobody at the front desk like it was stated there would be someone there to help. I called Rebecca the guest contact 2 times and left a voicemail mail and I never received a response on getting checked into my room. Luckily another person there was able to help us. The pics of the outdoors areas are not accurate. The pools are not operational and the back area by the beach is rundown, which is stated from a hurricane. Every other hotel next to us had a beautiffuly cleaned pool and lounge area. The room had water damage on the ceiling, one of the kitchen cabinet doors was loose, the sliding balcony door was so hard to open I had to lube it up with dish soap. Half of the pillows were yellowish and kind of smelled funky. The price was good, but I'll probably choose a different location for our future vacations to Florida
