5/5 Renovating but not sure about property safety
2/5 Property is undergoing renovations, but gasoline smell in lobby and only running elevator (elevator permit expired in August 2022!)
Deadbolt had to be locked for the unit door to stay closed. Door handle mechanism was "stuck in door while paper towel was stuffed in door frame. Door seals were poor & even though no smoking is posted on almost all doors, neighboring unit had smokers who were also yelling & dropping f bombs starting around 5:30 AM. Building mgmt not too helpful as they don't manage the unit I was in or the next door one, most they said they'd do was post a smoking fine sign on their door.
Other than smoke smell coming in the room, the paper thin walls, and the lack of solid locking/latching door the room was nice.
Murphy beds were a little uncomfortable for us, but they were nice. Room would have been great for us if it weren't for the smoking neighbors; had to check our because of the smoke due to allergies and asthma. Unit Host and the Evolve Management company were very helpful and understanding.
