Not the parking Police.
2/5 Every other early morning, I received a call from the manager about strangers in other condos, motorcycle parking that had absolutely nothing to do with me. The pool was destroyed and the beach access DOES NOT EXIST! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY DURING BIKE WEEK AT THIS LOCATION.

Hi Christopher, we passed your review on to the homeowner, who would like to clarify the following:
-As offering our home to guests for short-term rental, we work very hard to ensure our home is maintained and ready for our guests
-As stated in the listing, we do verify guests and that our policies are being adhered to. In this instance, it was brought to our attention from the other condo owners that the occupancy limit might have been more than we advertise. To accommodate all guests' comfort we have a maximum occupancy of two people. These policies are in place to protect guests, future guests, and the property itself
-While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect the house rules and treat the property as their own. The rules for the property were violated causing an inconvenience. We were disappointed to find out you parked your guest's motorcycles on the lawn, patio, and in the parking lot, where there is a no parking zone. The other condo owners made complaints about the property since they strive to keep the area maintained to ensure a clean, comfortable, and great environment. We kindly ask that guests follow our house rules and be respectful of our home. That way, everyone can fully enjoy their trip
-Unfortunately, Daytona Beach had hurricanes taking the Ocean staircase and the pool. We are still working to recover from this, however, we are grateful progress is happening. Construction and repairs are beyond our control and are sorry for any inconvenience
-Most of our guests have a wonderful time staying at our property. Bike week is a very popular event here in Daytona, and it happens during the first full week of March every year. The event attracts people from all over. However, we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing
