Being right on the beach was amazing, but with the bugs on the patio, we barely got to enjoy it. The queen bed was comfortable, but the condo needs a refresh, theres a slight odor of mildew.Parking is a nightmare and so is trying to get a parking pass. Pool is being renovated currently sp no sleeping in.

you had to let the hot water run for 5 to 10 minutes to get it hot, if you had more than 2 electronic pieces of equipment you needed to purchase an extension cord that wasn't near water. The coffee pot was missing a funnel and the owner had hidden a pot that was usable. if you stayed longer than 2 days you needed to get soap, shampoo and toilet paper, the bed was worn out and lumpy office had no luggage cart to take your clothing up to the room so if you had more than 2 pieces per person you had to make more than one triphowever the room was clean

- We’re sorry for the delay in hot water. The system is in the process of being upgraded, but currently, it may take a few minutes to heat up.
- The coffee maker was not intentionally hidden, and essential supplies were stocked, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash. We wish you had reached out so we could have explained where to find the additional items. We’ll also speak with our cleaners to ensure additional supplies are left for guests.
- While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences.
- While there is no luggage cart available, we understand this may have made transporting belongings less convenient for a longer stay.

The DAY BEFORE our stay I received an email stating the A/C does not work and would be offered a 10% discount for the troubles. Which in turn came out to $13.00 a night for our two night stay! Should have been one free night. Then we found out we also have no hot water. So our two nights there we had no A/C and no Hot Water. Probably the worst experience I have ever stayed in. Gave me one day notice about no A/C. I know they knew about before I came but failed to let me know until one day before my arrival. Didn't have a chance to find another place. I understand a Hurricane came through a week before but if something like A/C is out that should be mentioned right away for guest to find another room else where. Very Disappointed

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was damaged by the recent hurricane, and despite our efforts to repair it as quickly as possible, it was not operational during your visit. I provided a discount as an acknowledgment of this issue, and I apologize if this didn’t feel sufficient. Regarding the hot water, the boiler malfunctioned unexpectedly on the second day of your stay, and we were unable to foresee this additional issue.
I understand the frustration caused by these disruptions, and I am working closely with our maintenance team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this challenging situation. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again under better circumstances.
This has a good vibe. Water was hot air was cold and it had all of the basics. It’s not 5 star but it’s a fun place and the beach is right there. I liked it.
