5/5 5/5 This was our second stay in this unit! We love the location, the unit was clean and has a great 3rd floor view of the lanai and the ocean! Check in was a snap. As mentioned on other reviews, there is some condensation run off from the AC unit on the balcony, but did not bother us. The only issue we experienced, and it had nothing to do with the unit itself, was the downstairs second floor neighbor chain smoked cigarettes and weed which made it impossible to sit outside for 2 days. Thankfully they were not there the rest of the stay. Absolutely love the views and location and will stay again! Thank you Lance for sharing your pad!Mike & Kim

3/5 Location was good, bed was comfortable, view from the balcony was perfect. Close to other activities. No problems with most things. The biggest issue that trumped it all was the AC not working. We had to go to a nearby Walmart to by a fan just to cope with the heat. Sent a message to the guest contact and he tried his best to rectify the situation. Building management came by to check but couldn't resolve. Daytona was having a heat wave which didn't help. Repair services were swamped so we decided to cut our trip short and go home. A refund was given which made up for that. I imagine if everything worked properly, this would be a great place to stay. Sorry it didn't work out.
