  Before I arrived, I did not receive the code to the room to unlock the door so I contacted the owner per Evole telling me to. The owner doesn’t have good phone etiquettes but she did send the lock code. When we arrived to the property, the area doesn’t look like the pictures. The picture makes the appearance more appealing than it is in person. In person, the view of the hotel looks very sketchy and ran down, and the parking lot is too small for the amount of units there. Once we made it to the unit, it smelled like a pack of cigarettes were just smoked inside the unit. I texted the owner to notify them of the problem, she never texted back. After I contacted the owner, I reached out to Evole to notify them as well. They were very pleasant and were able to document the complaint. Other than this issue, the room was nice enough for 2 people, maybe three. (No more than 4). It’s right on the beach so waking up the the sound of rushing ocean water was very nice and peaceful. It’s easy access to the beach and pool area. The pool was filthy with growing green algae. My husband has his CPO so he was able to tell that the pool doesn’t get serviced like it should in spite of many people being in it. The room was well stocked with dishes, shampoo, conditioner, and paper towels. Only one roll of toilet is provided, just a heads up. The bed was too soft and extremely small and uncomfortable for me but the futon was better to support my pregnant body. It’s conveniently located.

  -Regarding the smoke odor, it’s possible that a neighboring guest may have smoked inside their unit, and the smell traveled through shared wall spaces where plumbing runs. Kindly be assured that smoking is not permitted in this unit by guests or staff.
  -The bed is a standard queen with medium firmness, selected to suit a wide range of guest preferences. However, we understand that comfort is subjective and can vary from person to person.
  -We appreciate your feedback about the toilet paper supply—additional stock will be ensured moving forward.
