CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Upon arrival, you will need to complete the guest/rental registration and complete the following steps to obtain a parking pass:
- Take to the office #108, at the end of the first-floor hall, next to the pool, during business hours
- The office will give you an orange parking permit to place on your rearview mirror. Without this, you will be towed at your expense. If you have a second car, you also need a parking permit to park in the overflow parking lot or you will be towed at your expense
- Please take your copy of the rules with you and refer to them

- To access the main building, look for the keypad on the right side of the wall. Press the green phone icon, dial 1, then 9, then press the green phone icon again. This will connect with our admin team who will remotely activate access. The door will stay unlocked for 7 seconds. Please be aware that this does not contact any on-site personnel
- The lobby is secured and can only be accessed by this process (upon arrival) or with the key provided in the unit
- Once inside, turn left past the elevator and proceed down the hallway
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 2293
- There is a guest form on a podium inside the entrance that will need to be filled out and returned to the admin office as soon as possible
- A key to access the community amenities and front building gate/lobby will be inside the unit upon arrival. After initial entry, please use this key to enter the main gate and access the pool
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
-Do not hang towels or clothes on the balcony to dry
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please do not hang towels or clothing on the balcony. An indoor drying rack is provided for your convenience
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated parking spot marked #102
- Additional guest parking is available in the area near the tennis courts on a first-come, first-served basis. To utilize this lot, guests are required to complete a visitor packet and display the parking permit in their vehicle at all times. The visitor packets and parking permits are in a case to the right of the elevators. Please ensure this step is completed in order to avoid being towed
