    First day pool wasn’t ready , it was really dirty. Their was no iron to iron clothes, broken light in the master bedroom need more better lighting. Sofa had a stain .

    Hi, thanks so much for your feedback. As soon as the pool concern was mentioned, we had a technician out within the hour, and he was able to get it taken care of quickly. While an iron isn’t currently listed as an amenity, I’ll have my property manager look into adding one for future guests. I’ll also have them check on the master bedroom light and the couch stain so everything is fresh and ready to go. We really appreciate your comments and the chance to keep improving.
