PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 50989 US-27, Unit 375, Davenport, FL 33897
- The property is located in International Bass Lake Resort
- Your GPS will direct you to the clubhouse. Once you get there, enter through the gate. There are 2 phases of homes; go down to the Lakeside phase and turn at the 2nd street on the right. The property will be the first house on the left at the stop sign (corner lot)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. The primary gate code is 7052, and the secondary gate code is 3504. The code will notify the homeowner of your arrival, and they will open the gate for you
- A gate access card will be inside the Welcome Book upon arrival. Please ensure you have the card every time you leave the property. There is a $125 HOA fee to open the gate without the card
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage. The garage door opener will be in the unit upon arrival
- 4 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- RV/trailer parking allowed on-site. If you are bringing an RV, please notify the Guest Contact prior to your arrival for approval from the HOA
- Street parking is prohibited. Cars must be all the way in the driveway
- Please park large vans/SUVs directly in front of the front door, not in front of the garage
