Great Stay
5/5 We had a great stay at this location. The house was beautiful and fully equipped. The pool was amazing. We had an issue figuring out the spa and the management responded and helped us out immediately which was so appreciated.

Easy drive to parks
5/5 Quick drive into parks and we came back in the afternoon to avoid the heat, so the pool was perfect before going back into the parks for the evening.

Extreme disappointment
1/5 Overall stay was very disappointing as it was very dirty, many things broken, bed not clean, and not as advertised. Reached out to guest contact and was screamed at and told “not her problem.” Biggest issue: pool alarm was not working and alerted guest contact and management upon arrival and had no response still. No pool fence and children were easily able to unlock patio door to get outside. Very dangerous for kids! We also paid for heated pool and was not heated at all. The guest contact told us that the prepayment for heated pool through booking was not sufficient (despite receipt showing it was paid) and we would need to Zelle her additional money to have it turned on. Absolutely would not recommend. Have reached out to evolve management and have not yet had a response about any concerns. Extremely disappointed and not satisfied with our stay.
