Late Check in and No WIFI
3/5 Place is very nice and well maintained but that was not the issues we had. Our flight got bumped up so we reached out about possibly getting an early check in. Instead of getting that we actually checked in almost 2 and a half hours late because they didn't have the house ready for us yet. Also, through our entire trip we didn't have any wifi and no communication other then them telling us it wasn't working.

Hi Carlos, we’re glad you found the townhome nice and well-maintained, but we’re sorry about the check-in delay and WiFi issues you encountered. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
– Your early check-in request was received, but extra cleaning beyond the norm after a long-term stay meant the home wasn't ready until 4:45 PM. We worked to prepare the townhome as quickly as possible, and we also processed a refund to make up for the delay.
– After checkout, we discovered the WiFi had been unplugged by a previous guest. It’s now working properly for future stays.
