Lack of amenities
3/5 I have rented a lot of houses in my line of work and the lack of certain things such as linen and trash bags really didn’t sit well with me or my group. The purpose of renting places like this is so after a long day of work I can go to a place that feels like home. Check in was a hassle because the proper codes hadn’t been sent out and it took the host almost an hour to answer the phone.

Hi Fabian, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize for any issues you encountered during your trip. After reviewing your feedback, we reached out to the homeowner, who provided the following clarifications:
-We always provide enough linen for the specified occupancy. If guests arrive with more than the expected number, we do our best to accommodate them, though providing extra linen for unanticipated guests isn’t typically required.
-We provide garbage bags as a courtesy, but if there’s an excess of waste, guests are asked to bring their own. Garbage is collected weekly, and all waste must be bagged and in the bins to avoid potential penalties for the homeowner.
-While we strive to answer calls promptly, we kindly ask that late-night calls be reserved for emergencies, as non-urgent matters can usually be addressed during regular hours.
-The check-in instructions, including codes, are sent a day prior to arrival. We kindly ask guests to review this information in advance to ensure a seamless check-in experience.
