Nice but found cockroaches
1/5 Found three cockroaches in the main level of the house. There was also stains on the bedding. Besides that the house was clean and nice.

Nice House
4/5 The house was great. Clean. Some minor upkeep would help, like fixing the broken wheel in the dishwasher. Could use a few more towels for the kitchen and pool. We only had 8 people, and were running out quickly. Those are really just minor suggestions.
The only real issue was that it was advertised as a heated pool and hot tub. I emailed twice before hand to confirm about the pool heater, because I expected a fee. I received no response. And the heater was locked. Upon the manager opening the lock, we learned the heater was broken.
This was particularly disappointing as we had specifically looked for a house with a pool heater and hot tub, as we were planning on staying at the house all weekend for our reunion. It was definitely too cold to enjoy the pool. 😔
Otherwise it was a great weekend.
