Nice Neighborhood But Property Not Cleaned Properly
1/5 A beautiful place to stay and it was very quiet. The inside of the property had no toiletries, dishes were dirty but put up, tubs was dirty, very dusty lights, cobwebs on ceiling fan, no trash bags, no dish detergent, dirty towels in closets

- We sincerely apologize for the property not being properly prepared for your stay. The cleaner was instructed to address the dishes, tubs, and ceiling fan, as well as to stock basic supplies like trash bags, dish detergent, and toiletries, but these steps clearly weren’t completed as expected.
- Based on your feedback and other recent reviews, we have since hired a new cleaning and management team that prioritizes a high standard of care and customer service so future guests won't share the same experience.
