The property was not in the condition of the pictures online. The kitchen cabinet door fell off, the fridge shelf was broken. There were stains on all the bedsheets and hair on the floor. The cutlery, plates and cooking pans required a wash to use as they were dirty. The hot water didn't work one evening. Evolve was quick to try to resolve by providing the cleaning fee as a credit but that didn't solve the issues. When I tried VRBO and asked to speak to a supervisor they declined and said the issue was between evolve and myself. Really truly disappointed. We also spent over 2 hours (4 adults) to clean the place when we arrived. The property manager came by on our last full day and told me we were lying that he tried to get in touch with us but I never received any call or email.

We were not aware of the problems with the kitchen cabinet or the refrigerator shelf, though we acknowledge the shelf has a crack, and we'll address these issues promptly. Additionally, we understand our property manager did attempt to reach out to you, though it seems there may have been a miscommunication. We are re-evaluating our cleaning processes and management oversight to prevent these issues moving forward.

The property was very clean and the beds were so comfortable, the resort like pool was excellent. Community is very nice and I felt safe with security. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and friendly neighbors. Communication with property management was easy and they were always very helpful. Would definitely stay again

I know I’m leaving this review on the day I checked out and some of these issues could have been resolved if I mentioned them sooner. But we got here and just got in go mode for our vacation. The location was great and the resort was nice. Our lodging however was unclean when we arrived. Beds were made and whatnot; however, the floors were dusty. Under the entry way door mat it was filled with dirt. Dirt was in corners and an eyelash was left in the master bathroom. Also, the house had no extra toilet paper in it nor a sponge for cleaning dishes. Lastly, some of the cord-hiders were coming off the walls and it’s just not a good look for what we paid. The owners should spend a bit of time fixing these issue if they want to keep charging at this price. I have pictures to back up what I am sharing. So yes, it’s easy to complain. There were nice things though like the beds. Very comfy and themed well. All the appliances worked and the WiFi was great too.

Hi David, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We recently switched cleaning crews and will address the concerns with the new team to ensure better cleanliness standards.
-There should always be a starter kit with essentials like paper towels, a sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper in every bathroom. We'll reinforce this with our management team.
-We fixed the cord hiders in April and were unaware they had fallen off again. Our team will revisit this to find a better solution for the textured wall.
