Bad experience
1/5 When I arrived to the property there was no sheets on none of the beds. All the sheets was on the floor next to the beds. The pool was not functioning , it was dirty with green looking substances inside the water also bugs. I couldn’t find the password to the WiFi . The ac wasn’t working it’s felt like 85 degrees inside the home. I didn’t even stay at the property I booked a hotel . I really feel like I should get a refund . I contacted evolve support and explained the situation ,They told that they will get in contact with the owner then reach back out to me . No one never called me or email at all the whole time I was supposedly at the property.
Dissatisfied
2/5 Showed up but the pool was green, contacted the manager and he sent us to the community pool, contacted evolve and they refunded $105.00 which is not what we wanted, we wanted to use the private pool. Once you are in the house you are stuck in a house without a pool while all your neighbors are in theirs.

Our pool cleaner was dispatched the next day to promptly address the situation. In the meantime, we also informed you that you could use the pool in the clubhouse until ours was cleaned.
