  Very adequate for our stay and appropriately advertised. Pool was great-worth the cost to pay for heating in Dec/Jan! Guest Service manager, Mikey, was wonderful. Few issues I text to him were handled efficiently. Lots of dishes and pans large enought to cook for our crew!Problem with parking as 22 people drove in 4 vans from MI. Only 2 on the driveway as listed, but no additional overflow parking available! We were able to squeeze, very tightly, the two normal/lower top roofed vans into the garage, but not a convenient transfer when they needed to get out. Also, one “bedrrom” is more like a den so we had to hang a blanket over the two glass french doors. Also, one bed sagged bad because of borken slats.

  Overall it was a really nice property. We had issues from day one with our hot water. I texted the manager several times and he came to the house stating the issue had been fixed when it had not been. They ended up getting the water heater replaced on our second to last day. We were there for 7 nights. We also paid for the pool and hot tub to be heated and it would not heat up the last 3-4 days/evenings. This was never fixed once the issue was expressed. Apparently this was an issue with the outside temperature, which was not clear, and we will be asking for a refund for the days it did not work. The manager was very responsive however, which i appreciated, and did what he could to fix issues. We were not satisfied with being unable to shower at all. We also were not given enough towels for each guest on arrival or enough toilet paper and soap to last us even one day. They did bring more towels and hand soaps when we let them know. We were also not told prior to arrival that there were only 2 parking spaces for a house that apparently can host up to 21 people. This was a nightmare to deal with as we had 4 cars worth of people. Overall it was a pretty good stay, with several hiccups we will be addressing with the host company. Thanks for reading.

• The Perfect Stay for Family Vacay.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful, spacious vacation home, and it truly made for a memorable getaway. The home was very clean, stylishly furnished, and offered plenty of room to relax, whether lounging in the cozy living room or enjoying the private pool and jacuzzi in the backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and entertain.

  The location was perfect, offering both privacy and convenience to local attractions, and the outdoor space was ideal for enjoying the fresh air.

  There were a couple of minor issues during my stay—some small maintenance items that needed attention, but nothing that significantly impacted the experience. I found the host to be responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything was addressed promptly.

  Overall, this vacation home provided a fantastic escape, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious retreat!

• Beautiful home

  The house is beautiful inside and out, my family loved it because it a had a room for everyone and it had everything that we need it. Is close to everything, we loved the security and maintenance of the property. We will definitely will love to stay there in the future.

• Little details big problems

  There were some details that really caught our attention something being the way the house wasn’t fully clean. Other things were how there were some bugs or ants inside the rooms. One thing that could be used as a tip is maybe having some type of decoration for the rooms as we thought they would be some Disney type of theme or universal that would probably have made the stay a different kind of vibe.
