  The ac plant was extremely noisy and vibrated through all the beds in the villa causing lack of sleep for whole family . Beds were awful as well mattresses need replacing . Also the pool area screen was all broken letting in endless flies . Would not stay again .

  - We wish you had reached out to us during your stay about any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home
  - After a thorough inspection, our maintenance team was unable to replicate the sound or vibration, but we’ll keep a close eye on this to ensure future guests have a peaceful stay
  - The pool screen was also inspected after your stay, and no damages or repairs were found. We'll continue to perform regular checks to maintain this area in top condition
  - The mattresses are fitted with memory foam toppers that were added earlier this year. While we aim to provide comfort for as many guests as possible, we understand that mattress preferences can vary
  
  We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for. We hope to host you again soon!

  We absolutely loved the house and the location. It was great for a quick getaway to get some sunshine and relaxation.

• Great House, but...

  The house is well appointed. Very clean, nice neighborhood, nice pool and hot tub.

  Neighbors played their music loudly from 10 a.m till 11 p.m. for 2 days. We weren't there most of the time but it prevented us from enjoying the pool or eating outside when we returned in the evening because we couldn't hear each other.

  BRING YOUR OWN KITCHEN SUPPLIES! For our entire 7 day stay, we were supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 garbage bag, and 1 roll of paper towels. No dishwasher pods, but had soap for doing the dishes by hand. Absolutely no kitchen spices, no salt, no pepper, nothing. No tin foil, plastic wrap or baggies. If you plan to cook, pots/pans/dishes and utensils are supplied. NOTHING ELSE. I've rented many places and this is the only home that has not supplied essentials.

  Knowing all of this I would still stay again but now know to bring my own supplies and tell the neighbors to turn it down a notch.

The house is only stocked with starter supplies. Sorry, if this was not communicated. There are ample pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Also, an air fryer and crock pot are provided for your convenience. We look forward to your next visit."
