  12 folks fit perfectly in this home, a little crowded in pool. Every amenity was provided, excellent experience! Lots of nature behind the home, we had birds and reptile sightings every day!

  The house was located on a quiet piece of the resort which was a gem. A little marsh area out back brought in birds and wildlife. The landacape was beautiful and maintained. This house offered us privacy and a large covered out door area. Big beds, plenty of bathrooms, and 2 lush living rooms for our group of 14. We did opt for the heated spa and for a grill rental which made this stay more relaxing and fitted for our needs. The house/pool was clean and matched the photos posted. The kitchen had all major appliances and cooking utensils. Some towels and tolietries were provided. We also got to enjoy the club house and resort anemities.Between the water slide to the large pool and the cool lazy river our days off were still super fun. Theres a decently equipped gym. Play structures for small children, and a sandy volleyball court. The resort also offers a variety of events daily! Ideally located we easily reached our destinations in all parts of Central FL. The major beaches are both under a 2hr drive and make for great day trips. Most of the parks are 30 mins or less. Michele was great about communicating any of our needs and check in was easy even with seperate arrival times. All in all we'd stay here again.

• Be prepared to spend $$$ for basic supplies

  While the house provided plenty of room for our fivesome, we were surprised and disappointed that the host did not provide most of the basic kitchen necessities. Having rented dozens of properties over the years, without exception, they were stocked with things like salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters, sweetener and sugar, dishwashing soap, tissues and more. This home had NONE of these, so, off to the store we go!

  In addition, we were given a total of four forks plus one unusable, bent one. So, we have would have to run the dishwasher after every meal, but only 3 dishwasher pods were provided (for our five night stay). Pots and pans were badly scratched to the point that we didn’t feel comfortable using them.

  I do have to say that Michael cheerfully brought dishwasher pods and silverware our second morning. However, having to spend our time and money shopping for supplies that should be part of a rental package rubbed us the wrong way.

  The handrail on the stairway was disgustingly sticky from too top to bottom. A little elbow grease and a rag might remedy that, and also take care of the many smudges on the walls (from dirty little hands?). Or maybe invest in a gallon of paint.

  Oh, and the bathrooms each had the cutest little bars of soap, barely big enough to wash your hands a couple times, let alone shower with for a week.

  And, entering and exiting the resort area was a traffic nightmare at all hours of the day or night. Backups sometimes stretched for half a mile. No exaggeration. You’ll see.

  Our group will certainly look for another rental for our next trip.

  - We provide a basic starter set of supplies and, for hygiene reasons, don’t stock shared food items like salt, pepper, or coffee—but we were happy to deliver what was requested during your stay.
  - A scratched pan has already been replaced, and we’ll keep checking cookware regularly to make sure it’s in great shape.
  - Our cleaning team will double-check the handrail and scrub scuff marks on the walls while we plan for future paint touch-ups.
  - Traffic delays are due to resort security protocols, which are in place for guest safety and are unfortunately beyond our control.

  It was great there was more than enough rooms and everyone had there own bath I will rent again.
