House was clean and what I was expecting!
Uncomfortable Stay
3/5 Check in was easy, home was well maintained for the most part; however, there was no air conditioning. I had the reach out to the owner multiple times to have the AC unit serviced and still no relief. At any point in the day the home was around 80 degrees and wouldn’t not cool down until around 2am. This is disappointing as the rest of the home was great but coming back to a hot house after being out in 100 degree weather at parks with toddlers was extremely difficult to deal with. No air conditioning in Florida during one of the hottest parts of the year is a deal breaker for me. My family and I were uncomfortable the entire stay.

Owner’s Response: “Hi Amber, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’ve actually replaced the AC system and have installed new insulation in the attic. Unfortunately, we couldn't complete the repairs during your stay due to scheduling conflicts but it was all completed right after you left. We're sorry that you felt our efforts were insufficient. As you can see by our many great reviews, we are accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we look forward to this property hosting many happy travelers!”
3/5 No gas grill was on property even though was on list of amenities. Could not get wifi connected to any device for the first day and a half finally got a hold of someone who helped us figure out there is a reset in garage. Air conditioning could not be set any lower than 74 which made house fairly warm and sleeping at night uncomfortable especially since master bedroom was only bedroom with ceiling fan. Also only 4 bath towels were supplied. Lots of extra charges that could add up if you do not pay attention and read all check out rules.
