It’s the little things.
4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the little things that make a place much nice. We always prefer to rent a house rather than a hotel, as the rent is usually comparable, and we really prefer our privacy. We’ve gotten pretty used to bringing our own toiletries, because most rentals provide a step above rest stop toilet paper, but they provided cottonelle. I’m a charmin guy myself, but upgraded toilet paper means more than you’d think. Beds were firm, so if you like softer, be prepared. Had an issue with the bearing in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom going out, we contacted the property manager, and they got right on it.

Amazing stay!!!
5/5 This house was everything we thought it would be everything was very nice and welcoming. This house fit all of our accommodations there was plenty of room for our 7 guests one child and dogs. The beds and linens were surprisingly very comfortable. I was able to get great sleep while away on vacation huge plus for me. The price of this house was very reasonable as well. All around great experience.

5/5 In a neighborhood BUT there are wooded areas all around the house. The fenced in back fence gives the privacy illusion but small dogs/kids can slide right under it. Clean and well stocked. The water in Clearwater and most of Florida has a funky smell. Hot Tub, showers, washing dishes all have the smell. Nothing FL can do about it.
