Decent stay
4/5 The house was clean. It had most of everything that we needed or wanted. Extras included games, charging ports, wine (we don’t drink), and washer and dryer. The property was clean but seemed to be lacking in amenities. There was a keurig but no pods for it. Had to go to supermarket fast on Christmas Eve so we would have coffee. No dishwasher but no way to clean the dishes (scrub or sponge) or drying racks or kitchen towels. There were limited glasses for drinking. No big skillets for cooking. No toaster. This made it hard to cook any meals for the holiday. The selling point is the hot tub which was super slimey and had a horrible smell. It was Christmas so we didn’t really reach out.

It’s the little things.
4/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s the little things that make a place much nice. We always prefer to rent a house rather than a hotel, as the rent is usually comparable, and we really prefer our privacy. We’ve gotten pretty used to bringing our own toiletries, because most rentals provide a step above rest stop toilet paper, but they provided cottonelle. I’m a charmin guy myself, but upgraded toilet paper means more than you’d think. Beds were firm, so if you like softer, be prepared. Had an issue with the bearing in the ceiling fan in the master bedroom going out, we contacted the property manager, and they got right on it.
