Amazing Vacation
5/5 We had a fantastic stay and loved the home and location. Saw manatee and dolphins. Fished morning, day and night and had just a nice relaxing time. We had an elderly person with us and we had to place chairs to block step downs in a few areas and a smart tv only so be prepared

Wonderful stay
5/5 The house was spotless on arrival, had all the amenities needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice. We were able to see both dolphins and manatee in the waters next to the house which was a great added treat. Plenty of room and a great location. The beach is close enough to walk. We were also able to see a space launch while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun stay
5/5 We had a great time staying in this home, we were in the area for baseball so when we had down time it was fun to hang out and fish on the banana river and go
To the ocean, we saw an alligator, manatees, dolphins and lots of other fish in the waterway.

Perfect view!
5/5 This was such a great house to stay at in Cocoa Beach. You can walk to the beach just down the street, sit on the back porch and see the manatees in the morning and even take a short walk for the best tacos in town! Will definitely recommend you stay here!
