Birthday week on the river.
5/5 This is a very cool old Florida style house with great views. Sitting in the pool and watching the sun drop is very cool. There is plenty of room for a few couples or family. It's a short walk to the beach or for restaurants but it's far enough away to be nice and quiet. If you decide to stay read the book on day one. There are helpful tips from the hoste and other guests about the home.

Great location and views
4/5 A highlight of our stay was seeing manatees and dolphins swim by each day. I enjoyed sitting on the patio or in the breakfast area watching the wildlife. It is a great location near to downtown Cocoa Beach. We ended up driving to the beach each day to a park so we could rent umbrella and lounge chairs. We enjoyed the expansive house so we could spread out and the pool was situated well so you can view the canal. Because of those factors we overlooked the 60s/70s dated rooms. While the furniture was more updated and looked nice, the bathrooms and kitchen need the most updating. Overall, I'd recommend it for the great views and location.

A nice place, right on the river!
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The place could use some updating for sure but it’s clean, comfortable and provides all you need. There were trash bags, dishwasher/laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper. Beautiful location on the Banana River! Like so many others, we saw dolphins, manatees and other wildlife right outside the kitchen door. Saw 2 rocket launches as well. We’ll be back!

Friends Trip
5/5 The home was very clean & spacious. It was a perfect location; we could walk to restaurants & the beach. We loved sitting outside watching dolphins & manatees. This is a great property, highly recommend it.
