Great stay!
5/5 We enjoyed the house. Not too far from the beach. We opted to park at the pier which was a 10 min. drive, but did walk to the beach one evening. It took us about 5 min to get there. The area was nice and quiet. We used the game room in the backyard which kept our nephew occupied.

Cocoa Beach
5/5 This house was perfect for our family of 4! Plenty of space for everyone. Did not use the game shed, but a great feature! They had everything for the beach- wagon, cooler, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards!! The neighborhood was close to many restaurants and a few blocks to the beach- be sure to go to the crosswalks by lights though. Great say, comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Convenient
5/5 A very comfortable duplex with all the amenities, including a fenced backyard that our dog enjoyed. It’s an easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. And the property manager is very responsive to any questions/requests.

Just what we wanted
5/5 This duplex was just what we wanted during our stay in Cocoa Beach. Very, clean, comfortable and cozy. Walkable to the beach and various restaurants and bars. If we ever head back to Cocoa Beach, we would first check to see if this place is available. Thank you we had a wonderful stay.

Little Gem!!
5/5 Beautiful home located 2 blocks from the beach! Perfect place for a romantic getaway or a fun girls weekend. We appreciated the fenced yard and game room located in the back yard. Easy to walk to restaurants and local attractions. You will definitely enjoy your stay here! We will be back.
