Absolutely Love this place!
5/5 We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is amazing! It is very clean, feels like home, and they have everything you may need. The shed has plenty of bikes and all the beach stuff you may need. We will definately stay here again!!

Awesome Spring Break
5/5 We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this was the absolutely best supplied rental ever. They had everything we needed and more. And they even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day. The location is great, private with 2 patio areas and just 2 short blocks from the beach as close to Ryan’s great ice cream. We loved it!

5/5 We loved staying at this house - it’s close to the beach and the downtown area. Having bikes and beach stuff in the shed to use was great. So many little extras from the hosts made this such a perfect family vacation!

Great attention to detail
5/5 Other than being clean and comfortable, there were delightful little touches - a well equipped coffee bar, providing of things like post it notes and charging cables and toiletries that come in handy, as well as a full bookshelf with the freedom to take a book with you if you don't want to put it down. The light switches were labeled - so much above and beyond care. Not your ordinary stay!

Can’t wait to come back!
5/5 This was our first time to Cocoa Beach. We had a great time. And this house is one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Extremely clean, modern and convenient location. The host was excellent to work with as well.
We will be coming back next year and hope to stay at this house again!
