Cute place, great location
5/5 Our family of 6 stayed here to go to the beach and visit Kennedy Space Center. The house is very clean with lots of amenities, and a great location. Kirk had two beach wagons available with toys, surfing stuff, chairs and umbrellas. We were able to walk to the beach which was a huge plus. We also walked to restaurants to eat as they were right next door. Our girls enjoyed chasing the lizards on the back patio. We would definitely come back and stay again!

5/5 We had a great time staying here. The home is well kept and in a great location within walking distance of the beach and downtown. Kirk (the owner) was amazing and very attentive to any requests we had. We plan to stay here again in the future!

5/5 Home is as pictured. It’s only a block off the main drag thru town, but it wasn’t loud. Communication with the owner was excellent, with everything needed to check in emailed to me before I needed it.
There are 3 units on the property, and the owner lives in one. Nice knowing that he was there if we had needed anything.
