CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 pm
- The key is located inside a lockbox, which is by the front door. The code is 1341, This is for the LOWER lock box. Return this key to the lockbox immediately, there are keys inside the condo for use during your stay. If you get locked out, contact April
- Please note: If you're arriving in the evening, bring a light to clearly distinguish the lock box numbers
- A parking pass is required during your stay for your vehicle including any guest vehicle
Parking passes are emailed in advance. Fill out the information requested and submit the bottom half in the drop box located near the elevator. Additional parking passes are available near the elevator if needed
- 2 sets of keys are provided for use during your stay, located on the key rack next to the phone in the kitchen
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Return key to the lockbox
- Return the home's 2 key sets to the key rack next to the phone in the kitchen
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Place all trash in tied plastic bags and dispose in the trash chute, located behind the elevator
- Place all recycling in the bins next to the dumpster on the ground floor
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens in a pile
- Place all used towels in a pile in the bathtub
- During May-September set thermostat to 78 degrees, during October-April set thermostat to 67 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

- WiFi Speed: 200 mbps
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can also be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- There is a storage unit which holds the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and cooler. The code is 0058
- Please note: do not feed birds from the balcony and avoid disturbing the fishing line, placed on the balcony to deter the birds
- Use the wash station to remove all the sand from your body, and shake sand out from all beach towels prior to entering the unit
- Leave the balcony sliding glass doors unlocked during your stay, and make sure the condo screen door is always latched after entering and leaving the condo
- The beach access gate has a keyless entry lock with a code that changes periodically. The current code is 3215
- The tennis court has a combination lock: 22-8-22

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated parking spot #58
- Be sure parking pass is visible in the vehicle
- Other vehicles can use unnumbered spots, all should have a parking pass displayed
